Join us on October 15, 2026 for an exceptional evening with The Dalmore, beginning with a signature The Dalmore 12 cocktail before exploring four remarkable Highland whiskies alongside a specially curated, multi-course dinner. The evening will showcase the distinctive influence of sherry and Port across expressions including The Dalmore 15, 18, 35 Year Old and 2009 Vintage. Hosted by The Dalmore National Brand Specialist, Emma Coady, guests will explore the craftsmanship, maturation and character behind each expression in an intimate setting within Fairmont Hotel Vancouver.
