Discover the defining influence of exceptional oak casks, sherry seasoning and time in an intimate evening with The Macallan. Enjoy a multi-course dinner paired with six exceptional expressions from The Macallan’s Double Cask and Sherry Oak collections, including Sherry Oak 12, 18 and 25 Years Old. Together, these whiskies offer a rare opportunity to explore how extended maturation shapes flavour, aroma, natural colour and complexity—from the warmth of dried fruit and spice to the depth and richness of exceptional aged oak.
The evening will be led by Adam Collins, Brand Specialist for The Macallan, whose passion for whisky, oak craftsmanship and storytelling brings the character and romance of the brand to life. A limited number of seats are available, for what is sure to be an intimate evening of whisky, cuisine and storytelling.
