An Enchanted Afternoon Tea

Embark on a culinary journey inspired by celebrated BC artist, Emily Carr, with a special themed Afternoon Tea at Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. In collaboration with the Vancouver Art Gallery exhibit ‘That Green Ideal: Emily Carr and the Idea of Nature’ and available throughout the summer, guests can savour delectable treats and artistic creations in Notch8’s tea salon, transformed into an immersive experience with Carr’s artwork and forest-themed decor.

Each menu item will be carefully crafted to reflect Carr’s vibrant spirit through a culinary journey of British Columbia, and an inspired cocktail menu will highlight some of Carr’s signature works, drawing inspiration of her artistic style and visual composition.
