Summer Swing - Dinner and Dance

Don’t miss SUMMER SWING, the ultimate evening of vintage glamour, dinner, dancing, and live jazz at Fairmont Hotel Vancouver’s legendary venue, ‘The Roof’ on June 20, 2025.

A tribute to the golden days of the beloved ‘Panorama Roof’ —Vancouver’s social hub for decades for live music, dining, and dancing — where Dal Richards played with his 11-piece band from 1940 to 1965.  Savour the gourmet flavours of an expertly-crafted, three-course dinner as you mingle with other guests over a long table format. Take at trip back in time as you listen to some of the stories from the iconic Panorama Roof’s history. Then, allow the vibrant music, dazzling décor, and the energy of the solstice to sweep you onto the dance floor (and back in time) at Vancouver’s Castle in the City.
