Tea In The Window
A unique and sophisticated tea setting of the classic tradition, Tea in the Window is an exclusive dining experience in the hotel’s street-level window display on West Georgia Street.
For a limited time this Cherry Blossom season, the Georgia window hosts the gorgeous, custom designed artwork by Courtney Caroline, a Vancouver oil painter known for her vibrant, textured paintings of food. Her work reflects the nostalgia and sense of community found around the table, where stories are shared and memories are made. Inspired by the beauty and ritual of gathering, this tablescape of Fairmont Vancouver’s Sakura Tea invites conversation – echoing the connections formed over tea. Limited edition prints of this piece will be available throughout the Sakura Tea season.
