In a setting inspired by glamour and romance, celebrate Valentine’s Day at Notch8 Restaurant & Bar with a sophisticated 3-course menu, available February 14, 2026. Nestled at the heart of Vancouver’s iconic Castle in the City, guests are invited to indulge a choice of three starters such as Lobster and Beet Salad or Wagyu Beef Carpaccio. For the main course, selections include a Beef Tenderloin & King Mushroom, Roasted Sablefish with a Dungeness crab, kale & white bean cassoulet, to name a few. A decadent Cocoa Choux for dessert will be the perfect, sweet way to finish off this special meal.
