Fairmont Hotel Vancouver is delighted to be a part of Fleurs de Villes’ WONDER event at VanDusen Botanical Gardens. Our Notch8 team will be on-site at VanDusen selling boxes of our iconic scones on Saturday, May 23 and Sunday, May 24.

Created to accompany the upcoming afternoon tea, ‘Among the Trees with Emily Carr,’ in Notch8 and in partnership with the Vancouver Art Gallery, this limited-edition scone box draws inspiration from the textures, flavours and spirit of the West Coast landscape. Freshly baked at Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, each box features two classic buttermilk scones—delicately crisp on the outside and soft, tender and fluffy within—paired with two seasonal scones inspired by Emily Carr’s love of the forest. Crafted with rich butter and thoughtfully balanced ingredients, every bite offers a light, melt-in-your-mouth texture. Presented in a beautifully designed box, this collection includes velvety mascarpone cream and strawberry preserve, elevating a simple ritual into an artful indulgence.

Each box includes:

• 2 × classic buttermilk scones
• 2 × honey cranberry sea salt scones
• Mascarpone cream
• Strawberry preserve
• 2 × Fairmont tea bags (selection available) served with hot water in to-go cups, or to take with you

Cost: $30 + applicable taxes
