Hidden below the lobby of Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, HIBIKI emerges. In collaboration with Beam Suntory, this intimate speakeasy listening bar brings together Japanese-inspired cuisine, premium whiskies, and masterfully crafted cocktails—guided by a deep reverence for sound, detail, and ritual.

Thursday – Sunday | 5:00 pm – 12:00 am

Suntory Sessions | Friday & Saturday Nights Live DJ sets from 7:00–11:00pm set the tone with vinyl-forward sound, precision cocktails, and a distinctly elevated, late-night atmosphere.
