Enjoy an intimate, 3-course Thanksgiving dinner in the glamour and warmth of Notch8. From the first bite to the last, it will be a deliciously memorable meal.

When: October 11-13, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

• First seating starting at 5pm, second seating at 7:15pm

Price: $79 per adult, $40 per child

Spiced Butternut Squash Bisque
coconut, maple-glazed parsnip, apple, pumpkin seed oil, amaretti crumble

*Seatings at 5:00 pm and 7: 15 pm, and a 2-hour seating limit will apply. Please note, children’s pricing is for ages 6-12 years, and ages 5 years and below are complimentary from the children’s menu.
