Amazing stay, amazing staff, so many perks.

I can not explain how amazing our stay was. The staff was exceptional and went above and beyond to help us. The rooms were tidy, had a ton of great little perks, and had an amazing view. Plus the extra little snacks and breakfast and coffee in the lounge were a sweet little surprise that was so so so tasty and super helpful to our busy days that we stayed there. They were amazing and I will recommend people stay here for as long as people ask me.

A Grand Hotel Continues to Impress

We stayed at the Hotel Vancouver twice during a Canadian holiday, both times in Gold Class. As with previous visits, the Gold Class concierge and staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. The contributed to a relaxed ‘vibe’ in the lounge. Special mention goes to Darren and Yuki, who went above and beyond in helping us, including after I contracted COVID-19! The hotel effortlessly moved into quarantine-/isolation mode, and turned what could have been an awful experience into a safe and comfortable extended (and unexpected) stay. This hotel’s Gold Class is a very special unit indeed.
