Autumn Harvest Afternoon Tea

The cozy embrace of sweater weather meets the rich and warm flavours of the autumn season. 

Experience the essence of autumn with our indulgent Autumn Harvest Tea, where savoury delights and sweet temptations await. Led under the culinary direction of Notch8 Head Chef Kay Noh, enjoy an array of fall flavours, where every dish tells a story of the season’s bounty.

Delight in the richness of  savoury dishes including a Kabocha Squash Tartlet, with a vadouvan saffron apple puree and toasted coconut, Smoked Steelhead with yuzu tobiko, as well as Serrano Ham Reserva with pickled mustard seeds and coffee aioli on brioche. The artistry of the hotel’s pastry team will highlight a collection of decadent desserts featuring warm spices and festive ingredients such as a Salted Caramel Apple Pie Bar, Pumpkin Tiramisu and a Cranberry Cheesecake Brownie.

These delicious delights will be complemented by a menu of hand-selected loose-leaf tea inspired by autumn flavours. Creative, fall-inspired cocktails and wines are available as optional add-ons to the experience.
